About Me

This is not really a Bio but I wanted to share a few small things about myself so you know who I am and that I am a real person, just a simple human being and a woman, a daughter, a mother, a friend and many other things.

My name is Barbara S.

I am not a writer or an expert, I am simply someone who loves sharing, connecting, and helping others. I live in Spain and have spent a large part of my life in different countries, learning and finding inspiration along the way, from Europe, to Asia, to America, and now back home in a maybe not too small town in Spain where I live with my sons.

I love yoga. I love meditating. I love reading and baking cakes. But most of all, I love my life and each new day when I wake up.

I am truly blessed, and for this, I am eternally grateful.
